It includes orientation around mailing lists, netiquette, online campaigns, and strategic content sharing. Developed by Bluelink for South-Eastern European environmental organisations, the manual encourages content sharing using Action Apps, an open source content management system. Detailed instructions on how to use Action Apps as a writer and editor, and publish feeds from multiple sources, are provided in the manual.
